I have been visiting Sandsend since I was a child. It is the most tranquil and spiritually uplifting place in my life. Its addictive nature ensured when I was able to, I acquired my own little place to allow my own children to share the amazing experiences and memories Sandsend has to offer.

Description This delightful, easy access ground floor, two bed sea front apartment has lovely views over Sandsend Bay. In the summer take in these views of the sea and beach which are literally on your doorstep, whilst in the cooler months snuggle up and take advantage of the cosy surroundings with full central heating and listen to the waves on the shore. The open plan, well equipped kitchen, lounge, diner have some traditional features with beamed ceiling. The property has a small shared patio with outside seating. This property has been recently refurbished with many new features making this a very attractive holiday let in one of the country's most unique picturesque and popular seaside villages. It is ideal for walkers with many national park routes close by. Tea shop is two minutes' walk away. GROUND FLOOR: Entrance: Shared lobby. Four steps lead up to the hallway. Bedroom 1: Double bed, fitted wardrobe, dressing table, bedside shelves, TV. Bedroom 2: Single bed, TV, door leading up to the back patio, wardrobe in the hallway. Tallboy unit in the Bedroom. Bathroom: Shower, toilet and washbasin. Outhouse: Washing machine and separate dryer. Pets: No pets allowed and no smoking allowed Parking: Parking provided for Sandsend car park (50m from flat ) also on-street parking on a first come first served basis. Heating: Full gas-fired central heating. Patio: Communal patio with planted area and garden furniture shared with Flat 2. Short breaks: Not accepted at peak times. Notes: Please bring your own towels. Unlimited WiFi is available free of charge as is use of Now TV and Amazon Alexa. A built in digital safe for storage of personal belongings. Travel cot, high chair and child's buggy available. Wind breakers, beach bag, children’s surf boards, blow up dinghy with pump, ice box, children's toys available. Due to the poor mobile signal in Sandsend the owners have provided the use of a landline phone in the event of emergencies. No smoking at this property. A welcome basket is set for your arrival. Pub: 0.2 mile. Shop: 0.1 mile.
